Santa Maria Ventures was born in 2025 from a simple question: who will carry on the companies that sustain Panama's economy when their founders decide to retire?

Our team brings experience in entrepreneurship, finance, and operations in Panama and at global companies. That perspective leads us to assess both a business's fundamentals and the people and relationships that sustain it.

We seek to acquire established businesses and operate them for the long term. We want to preserve what works and support their teams through the next stage, with decisions made close to operations.
